Wilder Industries Welcomes Aerospace Manufacturing Executive Bryce Grisoli as Senior Advisor

An experienced aerospace manufacturing leader brings expertise in business growth, strategic planning and operations as Wilder Industries continues building an integrated platform for next-generation aerospace production.

DALLAS, Texas — [September 16, 2026] — Wilder Industries today announced that Bryce Grisoli has joined the company as Senior Advisor, bringing extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing, strategic planning, finance and business growth to support Wilder Industries as it continues expanding its end-to-end aerospace production capabilities.

Bryce brings more than two decades of experience across manufacturing and finance, including more than a decade with Essner Manufacturing, an aerospace manufacturing company based in Fort Worth, Texas. He joined Essner as Chief Financial Officer in 2015 after holding finance leadership positions in engineered-to-order manufacturing and later took on broader leadership responsibilities within the organization.

His experience working within aerospace manufacturing gives Bryce firsthand insight into the operational, financial and strategic challenges manufacturers face as they pursue growth, expand production capacity and support increasingly complex commercial and defense programs.

“Bryce understands both the manufacturing floor and the business strategy required to build and scale a successful aerospace organization,” said Will Wilder, Founder and CEO of Wilder Industries. “As we continue bringing together manufacturing, engineering and automation capabilities under Wilder Industries, that combination of experience will be incredibly valuable. We’re excited to have Bryce working alongside our team as we build the next generation of aerospace production solutions.”

Building an Integrated Aerospace Manufacturing Platform

Wilder Industries is the parent company of Wilder Systems and Hughes Bros. Aircrafters, bringing together advanced automation and established aerospace manufacturing capabilities under one organization.

Wilder Systems designs, builds and deploys robotic and automation systems for manufacturers, with technologies supporting processes including drilling, match drilling, sanding, inspection and other aerospace production applications.

Hughes Bros. Aircrafters provides precision airframe manufacturing capabilities, including detailed part manufacturing, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), sheet metal forming, hard metal machining and airframe assemblies.

Together, the companies enable Wilder Industries to provide customers with an integrated approach spanning Design for Manufacturing, Design for Automation, detailed part production and advanced manufacturing automation.

That model is increasingly relevant as aerospace and defense companies work to increase production of drones, autonomous systems, eVTOL aircraft and other next-generation platforms.

“The aerospace industry is entering a period where manufacturers have to think differently about how they scale,” Wilder said. “It’s not enough to solve design, production and automation challenges independently. We believe those disciplines need to work together from the beginning, and Bryce’s experience will help us continue building the organization and partnerships necessary to make that possible.”

Experience Supporting Aerospace Growth

Bryce’s career has included leadership responsibilities across financial strategy, corporate development and aerospace manufacturing. Before joining Essner Manufacturing, he served in finance roles at Sabre Industries, Peerless Manufacturing, Safety-Kleen Systems and Amerimax Building Products. He earned his degree from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business and is a Texas Certified Public Accountant.

Bryce’s work at Essner has also placed him directly within the commercial and defense aerospace ecosystem, providing valuable perspective on the challenges manufacturers face as programs transition from development into production and scale.

As Senior Advisor, Bryce will provide strategic perspective as Wilder Industries continues growing its manufacturing and automation platform, expanding customer relationships and positioning the organization to support increasing production requirements across commercial aerospace and defense.

“Wilder Industries has a compelling opportunity to bring together proven aerospace manufacturing capabilities and next-generation automation in a way that addresses some of the industry’s biggest production challenges,” said Bryce. “I’m excited to work with Will and the Wilder team as they continue building a platform designed to help aerospace and defense customers manufacture and scale more effectively.”

Bryce’s addition represents another step in Wilder Industries’ continued investment in the leadership, manufacturing expertise and automation capabilities required to support the future of aerospace production.
